Is it just me, or are there a lot fewer political signs and bumper stickers out there?
I’m not seeing very meany Obama or Romney stickers or yard signs. Any one else notice that?

Political theater
We try to steer clear of too much R vs. D politics here at Newbie Shooter, so I will make this brief. In a nutshell, the DNC platform took out two provisions this year: a reference to God, and a reference to Jerusalem as the capital of Isreal. This was commented on by the media. So the DNC decided to put it back in. Take a look at this video.
I’m not going to comment on whether either of the provisions are good or bad. But there is something rotten in Denmark when you have to pretend like there isn’t any dissent to the position. By the third voice vote, you could practically see the Chair thinking: “Come on, guys, this is just for the rubes…the fix is in!”
